New brand lift study finds Fetch outperforms industry benchmarks across the funnel

To measure how Fetch performs across that journey, we partnered with ABCS Insights to conduct a brand lift study across two campaigns: one for a new/emerging beverage brand and one for an innovation line from a CPG food brand. The results showed that Fetch delivers strong performance across the funnel, surpassing industry benchmarks at every stage. 

Here’s what we learned:

Top of Funnel: Fetch drives awareness and familiarity

For both emerging and established brands, Fetch helped cut through the noise early in the shopper journey:

Bottom of Funnel: Fetch influences purchase intent

Across both brands, campaigns that used both in-app Fetch Media and Fetch Offers saw significantly stronger results than those using offers alone:

+ The study used an experimental design, powered by ABCS Insights, that compared responses from matched Control and Exposed groups. Both groups completed the same brand survey, but only the Exposed group had interacted with the campaign on Fetch. By analyzing the differences in their responses, researchers were able to isolate the impact of the campaign elements with statistical confidence.
