Fetch Welcomes Ori Schnaps as Chief Technology Officer to Fast-Track Its Next Chapter of Innovation

Madison, Wis., September 3, 2025 – Fetch, America’s Rewards App, today announced that Ori Schnaps has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Schnaps brings over two decades of experience building and scaling world-class products at leading tech companies, including Meta and Reddit, along with entrepreneurial leadership as Co-Founder and CTO of Thrive.
Schnaps joins Fetch at a pivotal time for the business, when speed and execution are critical to winning the market. In his new role, he will spearhead Fetch’s technology strategy, ensuring the company continues to deliver high-quality products with precision and impact. His expertise in applying artificial intelligence (AI) will help create more personalized, relevant and rewarding experiences that deepen engagement for both users and partners.

Schnaps most recently served as Head of Core Product Engineering at Reddit, leading teams across the user journey to sharpen execution, drive international expansion and launch AI-powered features like Reddit Answers and machine translation. Before that, he held key roles at Meta, where he upleveled the Facebook and Instagram product experience through cross-functional collaboration, chiefly launching Shops and advancing cross-platform ad capabilities. Earlier, he co-founded Thrive, a personal finance startup acquired in 2016.

Most recently, in June, the company added longtime Google engineering leader Gowtham Gundu as its first Chief AI Officer. With Schnaps and Gundu leading Fetch’s technology organization, the company is assembling top talent to accelerate innovation and deliver on its AI-driven vision.
