Increasing trip frequency and check size
Fetch partnered with a national fast-casual restaurant to run a five-month campaign targeting new diners. The brand’s goals were to increase trip frequency and check size. It was important to reward only premium behaviors without discounting.
Value & Results
Fetch increased the average spend for individual trips and household spend across all three restaurant partners. The gains in monthly HH spend were driven by increased trip spend and increases in trip frequency.
In all three programs, partners experienced incremental sales lift in both spend per trip and monthly household spend compared to pre-campaign sales with the same consumers.
